1998年東京都生まれ。湘南育ち。英語とフランス語を話す日本人アーティスト。ニューヨーク州立大学パーチェス校に進学後、タイラー・スクール・オブ・アート・アーキテクチャー・テンプル大学ジャパンを卒業。2023年「Manhattan Portage Art Award 2023 “LOVE”」でグランプリを受賞。絵画作品、壁画、イラストやデザインまで、幅広い表現方法で作品を日々制作している。過去の仕事に、KITTE MARUNOUCHI、富士通、okamura など商業施設や企業のオフィスにて壁画制作。New Balance、PRADAやRALPH LAURENなどハイブランドのイベントにて、ライブペイントを実施。竹内アンナや矢野顕子のツアーグッズデザインやイラストを担当。ＵＢＥ株式会社のTVCMや、雑誌VERYなどのイラストを担当。近年は、海外のアートフェアや展示にも参加し、活動の幅を国際的に広げている。

My practice is an attempt to reconsider the act of “seeing” itself. As a child, when I encountered Impression, Sunrise by Claude Monet, I was struck by the vibration of color, and felt a sense of “liking” rise from deep within my body. From this experience, I came to understand that seeing is not merely an act of recognition, but an event intertwined with emotion and sensation. My work begins at the intersection where perception and feeling meet. Historically, painting has been framed through the relationship between “the viewer” and “the viewed.” Rather than depicting an object, I shift this structure by mapping the trajectory of my own gaze. The subject of my work is not the motif itself, but the movement of seeing. By abstracting the traces of vision, I seek to reveal the underlying flows of force and internal structures embedded within the image. In my process, I translate my gaze into strokes using AI. Acting as a structure devoid of emotion, AI renders the movement of vision with a certain detachment. I then reintroduce bodily sensation through the act of painting. Through this back-and-forth, an experience imbued with warmth and the structural nature of vision emerge simultaneously. AI does not replace emotion; rather, it functions as a dialogical tool that sharpens my own sensory awareness. I also approach time not as a linear progression, but as a layered condition. Past experiences, present perception, and imagined futures overlap simultaneously, appearing on the surface as shifts in resolution and fluctuations of focus. My own vision—approximately 0.05—reveals a world before contours fully solidify, exposing an ambiguous zone between color and form. In this state, “the viewer” and “the viewed” are no longer separate, but arise together as a single field. My paintings aim to articulate a condition in which seeing simultaneously generates both the world and the self. Vision is never uniform; by destabilizing this assumption, I seek to create work that opens a space for questioning perception itself.

私の制作は、「見る」という行為そのものを問い直す試みである。幼少期にクロード・モネ《印象、日の出》を見たとき、私は色の震えに心が躍り、「好き」という感情が身体の奥から立ち上がるのを感じた。その経験から、見ることが単なる「認識」ではなく、「感情や温度と結びついた出来事」であることを学んだ。私は、その知覚と感情が交差する瞬間を出発点としている。歴史的に絵画は、「見る者」と「見られるもの」という関係のもとで語られてきた。私は対象を描くのではなく、自らの視線の経路をマッピングすることで、その構図をずらす。主題はモチーフではなく、見るという運動そのものにある。視覚の軌跡を抽象化することで、画面に潜む力の流れや内部の構造を浮かび上がらせたい。制作では、自身の視線をAIによってストロークへ変換する。AIは感情を持たない構造として介在し、視線の運動を冷静に可視化する。その生成を受け取り、私は着彩によって再び身体の感覚を画面に戻す。この往還によって、温度を帯びた経験と、構造としての視線が同時に立ち上がる。AIは感情を置き換える存在ではなく、私の感覚を際立たせるための対話的な装置である。さらに私は、時間を直線的な経過としてではなく、層として捉えている。過去の体験、現在の視覚、想像される未来は同時に重なり合い、解像度の差異や焦点の揺れとして画面に現れる。視力0.05という私の知覚は、輪郭が確定する前の世界を示し、色と形のあいだの曖昧な領域を露わにする。そのとき、「見る人」と「見られるもの」は分離せず、ひとつの場として立ち上がる。私の絵画は、見ることが世界と自己を同時に生成している状態を示そうとするものである。視覚は決して一様ではなく、その前提を揺さぶることで、知覚そのものを探求するきっかけとなる作品を志向している。
